AWAKENING
A 3-DAY PSILOCYBIN RETREAT
May 17 - 19, 2024
Pioneering couple Tom Eckert and Rachel Aidan invite you to a deeply held space of introspection and self-care. Rest, restore, and reconnect with where you are now, and where you want to go.
With facilitation grounded in wisdom traditions and modern modalities, your retreat sequence is designed to prepare you for transformational work. With safety and support, you will be invited to test the waters with psilocybin and then explore the depths of a perspective-altering psilocybin journey. Ample integration afterwards will help you assimilate your psilocybin experience into your daily life, supporting lasting change.
Incorporating guided meditations, movement, breathwork, and sound baths to balance energy and quiet the mind, this retreat offering is open to all and is ideal for those newer to the psilocybin space.
Accommodations, for those interested, are just steps away at the KEX Hotel, which offers special rates to InnerTrek guests.

Preparation
Call 1: Preparation through Practice / May 9th, 6pm
During our first preparation call, whether expert or novice, we come together with a beginner's mind. In week one we get to know our intentions and our group using breathwork and noticing practices.
Call 2: Awareness & Resistance / May 14th, 6pm
Active listening and exploring resistance is an art all unto itself. In our second preparation call, we will explore the process of deeply rooted listening to ourselves, others, and life. We will also explore resistance, a powerful force for transformation - if you can see it as such. Together, we will explore awareness practices, resistance, acceptance, and practices that support us to remain present and grounded, especially as we lean into the sharper edges of reality.
