Administrative Team

  • Rachel Aidan is a deeply experienced psychedelic facilitator and a co-founder of InnerTrek’s Center for Psilocybin Services. Having previously headed the Synthesis Institute, Rachel is a prosocial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience working on projects across the U.S., East Africa, and Europe. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Integral/Transpersonal Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, where her research has focused on psilocybin-assisted treatment for PTSD and Complex Trauma. Rachel is also a licensed psilocybin facilitator with InnerTrek.

  • Tom, a seasoned psychotherapist, is a co-founder of InnerTrek’s Center for Psilocybin Services and Founder of InnerTrek’s Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program, where he serves as Director. Tom was the architect of Oregon’s Measure 109 and led the campaign to establish Oregon’s statewide Psilocybin Services Program. He served as the Chair of Oregon's Governor-appointed Psilocybin Advisory Board during its pivotal first year, and established the Sheri Eckert Foundation, the leading philanthropic provider of access to psilocybin training and services across the state of Oregon through scholarships and other supportive programs.

  • Seth has over two decades of experience treating medical and psychiatric emergencies, and serves as InnerTrek’s Director of Health and Safety. Seth holds a BA in psychology with a minor in Neuroscience, and graduated with high honors from Emory University School of Medicine. After reflecting on shortcomings within traditional medicine and mental health services, Seth dedicated himself to the evolving field of psychedelics while founding Cascade Psychedelic Medicine in Portland. In addition to his passion for facilitating, Seth brings insight and experience to the nuanced practice of psychedelic safety planning.

  • Emma (she/they) is a somatic trauma therapist, a psychedelic-assisted therapist, and a psychedelic educator, organizer, and leader. Organizationally, Emma focuses on increasing ethics, trauma-informed care culture, and pro-liberation practices in organizations and psychedelic facilitation work. In their clinical work, Emma works at the intersection of trauma healing, queer identity development, and psychedelic healing. She co-founded the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association and teaches around the country at various institutions about consent and trauma-informed care practices in psychedelic services. Emma is a student of Celtic Druidry and strives to serve the medicine and her community with integrated mind, body, and spirit.

  • Lisa Snyder is a community developer, feminist, and seasoned digital artist with over 20 years experience in digital strategy and relationship management. She is deeply committed to women’s liberation through the self-healing revolution, with a focus in the queer, cannabis and psychedelic movements. Throughout her career, Lisa has developed local, national and international organizations, has produced over 500 interactive women-centered events, was a passionate advocate on PSI 2020 signature efforts in addition to voter pamphlet testimonials for Measure 109. She is an InnerTrek graduate and a state licensed psilocybin facilitator with a dedication to fostering meaningful connections and experiences.

  • Dan is an experienced creative director who shapes narratives to connect and capture hearts. He is adept in storytelling and likes to blur the lines between artistry and strategy, evoking profound experiences. From multimedia projects to thought-provoking campaigns, his work pushes boundaries and engages audiences, creating curiosity and conversations. Dan has deep experience across many channels including film, advertising, B2B and B2C marketing, and with diverse clients from Fortune 100 to startups and non-profits. He has a passion for the psychedelic space and is a graduate of the Inner Trek facilitator program.

  • Kai Holmes is a life-long student dedicated to her studies in psychology and the transformative potentials of plant medicine. With a background in dance and somatic practices, Kai brings a unique blend of embodied wisdom and western psychology to holding space. At InnerTrek, Kai serves as the Client Path Coordinator. She is here to ensure an easy transition from the digital world all the way to entering the beautiful service center in the heart of Portland.

    Gina has a master's degree in counseling and has spent over a decade supporting individuals, couples, and families through the complexities of trauma, fractured relationships, and personal transformation. She specializes in psychedelic-assisted facilitation, deeply influenced by her work with individuals facing trauma and eating disorders. Her experience has deepened through training with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies and the Polaris Insight Center for Ketamine. She has also served as Program Coordinator and Lead Educator at InnerTrek, nurturing future facilitators and expanding the scope of holistic healing practices. Gina is also engaged in psychedelic research at the Portland VA with the Social Neuroscience and Psychotherapy Lab as a research study therapist.

    Alicia brings two decades of experience to her work as a psilocybin facilitator, drawing on the inherent philosophical synergies between the psychedelic landscape and her background in herbal and naturopathic medicine. She holds deep reverence for the transformative potential of psychedelics as instruments in enhancing access to inner guidance and supporting wellbeing and integration among all aspects of one’s being. Prioritizing safety, integrity, and compassionate presence for those navigating their most vulnerable moments, she considers it an immense honor to work as a facilitator in this space.

    Erin received a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2007. In 2012, while an adjunct faculty member at the East-West Psychology program at California Institute of Integral Studies, he started his private practice. Most recently Erin was an Educator and Supervisor with Synaptic Institute's Entheogenic Medicine Training for Psilocybin. Over the past 10 years he has held space for hundreds of transformational experiences with individuals and groups. He is very passionate about bridging the worlds of spirituality and psychology and reviving earth-based practices of ceremony. Erin feels that a process of getting to know and trust oneself brings forth an innate capacity to heal.

    Kathryn Kloos has worked as a ceremonial plant medicine practitioner and leader for over two decades. Additionally, she is a naturopathic physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum. She has done extensive teaching in herbal medicine, trauma-informed bodywork and somatic inquiry. Her psychedelic training is in Ketamine Assisted Therapy and through InnerTrek. She brings you decades of experience in healing and a commitment to hold a safe, deep container for you to do your work.

    Tal Sharabi is a licensed facilitator and a lead educator at InnerTrek’s Facilitator Training Program. She is an experienced psychotherapist skilled in somatic and transpersonal models. Tal trained in psychedelic psychotherapy and research at the California Institute of Integral Studies, in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy through the Polaris Insight Center, and in MDMA-assisted therapy through her completion of Parts A-D of MAPS-Certified training. Tal is experienced in and enjoys designing and implementing therapeutic programs, mentoring new practitioners, and leading plant medicine retreats in different areas of the world.

    Lisa is a state-licensed psilocybin facilitator and plant medicine advocate with a deep passion for supporting individuals looking to unlock their most authentic selves. She specializes in the exploration of turning obstacles into opportunities, guiding individuals through their personal challenges to uncover strength and resilience. Lisa has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with over 20 years experience as both a digital artist and entrepreneur. She offers specialized support to a broad spectrum of clients, including women, creatives, leaders, entrepreneurs, the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent adults and those navigating grief with a focus on parent loss. Lisa is deeply committed to fostering inner liberation for individuals seeking clarity in their lives and creating nurturing, exploratory spaces for growth and self-discovery.

    Over a forty-five year career in human empowerment facilitation, Johnny Dwork has been guiding and supporting seekers of emotional/spiritual wellness and creative enhancement through the exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. His extensive personal experience with psychedelics has shaped his philosophy and life mission: to help you show up as the Hero archetype in the adventure of your life. Johnny credits psilocybin for his success as a world champion athlete, multi-faceted businessman, award-winning author, and producer of mythic-themed music & art festivals. Johnny is also a life coach, Universal Life Minister and Sacred Fire Circle facilitator. He is one of Innertrek’s first graduates, one of the first licensed facilitators in the US, and now facilitates at Innertrek.

    Seth approaches facilitation with compassion, reliability, and authentic engagement. He honors traditional psychedelic practices and deepens the experience by incorporating live musical accompaniment into his sessions, creating an immersive soundscape with crystal bowls, drums, chimes and more. His background as an Emergency Medicine physician lends an additional level of knowledge and safety to his work with medically complex clients. As InnerTrek’s Health and Safety Director and as the founder of Cascade Psychedelic Medicine, he is working diligently to bring psychedelic healing above ground and into our community with mindfulness and integrity.

    Henry is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, shamanic practitioner and hypnotist. He is well versed in the philosophy of perennial wisdom which he uses to guide his clients through the process of awakening. He believes that everyone can learn to connect to their intuition. The main obstacle to doing so is the ego's pervasive creation of rigid thought patterns. Henry offers his clients a variety of tools to ignite this process: psilocybin journeys, psychedelic integration, breath work, hypnosis and intuitive counseling.

    A recent graduate of InnerTrek’s training program, Leonie has developed and facilitated workshops, professional seminars and retreats for over 30 years. She facilitates from her heart with a warm presence, insight developed through experience, and a clear passion for being alive. For 20 years, she has facilitated retreats and support groups for people living with cancer and their loved ones in a variety of locations. A Registered Nurse since 1986, Leonie continues to offer her knowledge and support for women, new families and her peers as an RN Lead at a hospital based birth center. She’s also a Black Rock Ranger, and mentor for new Rangers, at Burning Man.

    Plant medicines have helped shape Phylllis’ life and views of wholeness and healing. She has taught in the complementary healing field for the past 3 decades as a Yoga Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and Health Educator. She has lived and studied with various Indigenous teachers. Her interest in holding space is so that each person can uncover their own natural wisdom, compassion, creativity, and life force to fully grow to their potential. Her work encompasses an understanding of neuroscience, somatic embodiment practices, and the use of psychedelics for healing.

    Tracy is an integrative physician, wellness coach, and licensed psilocybin facilitator. After spending her childhood in East Asia as part of a multiracial military family, she went on to obtain an undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia. She completed orthopedic surgical training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA and a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital of Harvard University. Tracy began sitting in ceremony with ayahuasca and psilocybin in the first year of her surgical training, which radically shifted her perspective on healing. She believes in the innate intelligence of the human body, as well as the power of healing with Mother Nature and within community. She is a graduate of the Innertrek Psilocybin Faciliator training program.
