June 2026 marks the successful completion of the InnerTrek Center for Psilocybin Services’ three-year lease. As InnerTrek continues to grow as a national training organization, we have made the decision to focus our energy on training, education, and practicum partnerships across the United States rather than renewing and operating a single licensed Service Center location. We are incredibly proud of what was built here and view this not as an ending, but as the completion of a meaningful chapter and the beginning of a new one.

The InnerTrek Service Center has played an important role in the development of legal psilocybin services in Oregon and beyond. Over the last three years, the space has supported more than 1,270 clients and participants, hosted research and data collection efforts, hosted the first legal practicum site in the United States, and helped create what became the first open practicum model in the country.

Along the way, the center supported veterans and community members seeking healing and growth, welcomed thousands of students, facilitators, educators, researchers, and community members through its doors, and helped demonstrate that legal psychedelic services can be offered with professionalism, safety, integrity, and heart.

We are deeply grateful to the students, facilitators, clients, educators, liminal liaisons, work traders, volunteers, researchers, and supporters who helped bring this vision to life.

We are also looking ahead with excitement. InnerTrek's future extends far beyond one physical location, with growing training pathways, continued work in Oregon and Colorado, emerging opportunities in New Mexico and other states, and future practicum partnerships with organizations whose specialty is holding large-group service and retreat experiences.

For now, our focus is on celebrating three years of healing, learning, service, innovation, and community while continuing to help shape the future of legal psychedelic care and facilitator training across the United States.
