Full payment for packages are due at the time of service confirmation, with the exception of clients who are on a pre-authorized payment plan. Should clients elect to cancel engagement with InnerTrek, the cancellation and refund policy is as follows. 

Individual Services

For intake and preparation sessions:

• Cancellation more than 72 hours, without rescheduling: full refund for sessions in the package you did not complete. See session type breakdown below. 

• Cancellation within 72 hours, without rescheduling: no refund 

• There is no refund for canceled, without reschedule, integration sessions.

For administration sessions:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before administration session, without rescheduling: full refund for sessions in the package you did not complete. See session type breakdown below. 

• Cancellation 3-7 days before administration session, without rescheduling: 50% refund for sessions you did not complete. See session type breakdown below. 

• Cancellation within 72 hours of administration session, without rescheduling: no refund. 

Group Services

For intake and preparation sessions:

• There is no refund for canceled/unattended group integration sessions.

For administration sessions:

• Cancellation within 72 hours of first day of retreat, without rescheduling: no refund. 

• If you begin the in person portion of a retreat and elect to not complete the rest of it, there is no refund. 

InnerTrek reserves the right to cancel groups and retreats. Should this occur, you will receive the options of rescheduling for another offering or being refunded for the canceled sessions. Should your facilitator need to cancel a session without rescheduling, the InnerTrek team will make every effort to re-match you with a facilitator in a timely manner.
